About the PPGEAL
The Graduate Program in Food Engineering (PGEAL) is continuously striving for excellence in the education of its students through highly qualified faculty and the development of research projects that are both relevant and innovative, with national and international impact.
The quality of PGEAL has enabled its students to join and work in academic teaching at prestigious institutions, as well as in the research and development of products and processes in the food industry. To achieve excellence, the Program has increased its national visibility through interinstitutional projects involving master’s and doctoral students in cooperation with international institutions.
As a form of international recognition, PGEAL maintains collaborations with renowned institutions in various countries. In this way, PGEAL offers its students opportunities for international exchange in various areas related to Food Engineering, Science, and Technology.
