About the PPGEAL
The Graduate Program in Food Engineering (PGEAL) is continuously striving for excellence in the education of its students through highly qualified faculty and the development of research projects that are both relevant and innovative, with national and international impact.
The quality of PGEAL has enabled its graduates to pursue academic teaching careers at prestigious institutions, as well as to engage in research and development of products and processes in the food industry. In its pursuit of excellence, the Program has strengthened its national visibility through interinstitutional projects involving master’s and doctoral students in cooperation with international institutions.
As PGEAL also maintains collaborations with renowned institutions in various countries, providing its students with opportunities for international exchange in diverse areas related to Food Engineering, Science, and Technology.
