A Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) informa sobre o expediente durante o Carnaval 2018. Conforme a Portaria n° 468 do Ministério do Planejamento, Desenvolvimento e Gestão (MPOG), a qual os órgãos públicos do Poder Executivo seguem, são definidos pontos facultativos os dias 12 e 13 de fevereiro e, também, dia 14 de fevereiro, quarta-feira de cinzas, até as 14 horas.
Em decorrência do horário de verão na UFSC (das 7h30 às 13h30) se estender até o dia 16 de fevereiro, não haverá expediente na Universidade nos dias 12, 13 e 14 de fevereiro. As atividades retornam no dia 15, quinta-feira, a partir das 7h30
